Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds or credit in the following cases:
- You placed an order on an invalid or deleted post/comment
- Our system failed to deliver the agreed service
- Your order did not complete as promised (e.g. wrong quantity or delivery failure)
- You contacted support before delivery started and requested cancellation
When Refunds Are Not Issued
We do not offer refunds for:
- Results impacted by post removal, shadowban, account ban, or subreddit rules
- Delayed results due to Reddit’s internal ranking behavior
- Posts/comments that were removed after delivery started
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund or report an issue:
- Contact our support team within 24 hours of your order
- Provide your order ID and Reddit link
- Describe the issue clearly so we can investigate quickly
If the order qualifies, refunds are issued back to your account balance for future use. In rare cases, we may approve full refunds to the original payment method.
Otherwise, our system will automatically refund the missed orders for you within 24 hours.
